[EpiData-list] New Sample file available

  Dear EpiData list.

With the latest release of the EpiData Manager and EntryClient some 
changes were made to the format of datafile. Therefore the test files 
from today contains an updated sample file. Please delete older versions.

During the development phase of Manager and EntryClient changes to the 
XML structure should be expected, e.g. the latest extension specifying 
timed recovery backup.

As soon as the first public release is available for routine usage we 
will make sure that coming versions can read all older files. But during 
the developments this will not be the case.

In the meantime we will provide a working sample file for each new test 
version such that it is possible to see the capabilities of the program.

The exe files uploaded today are the same as yesterday, except that the 
sample file is contained.
