[EpiData-list] new test release of EpiData Manager.... additional information

The related file setup will be defined later - after all single file 
function is working. Ideas and setup suggestions are welcomed.

Whether we should use some sort of tab page for the related files - same 
screen or other setup is in no way settled. The only aspect settled is 
that all files from a given project (all related files - or just single 
files without direct relations) can be contained in a given project 
(epx) file.
