[EpiData-list] Command labelvalue

Hi,
I looked on the site of epidata, in the section Documentation and on Commands and Functions in EpiData Analysis, i discovered this link http://www.epidata.dk/downloads/docs/commands.htm
So in label Dates, there is labelvalue and missingvalue (new).
I tried to carry out these orders here is the message which is displayed "Unknown Command".
Then what is to be done?
